For Foreign education (Studies outside Canada)

If you have not studied in Canada, Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)  is a mandatory assessment of your education which assesses your study for Canadian equivalency. There are multiple agencies which provide this service for people who have studied outside Canada.
Widely used agencies being
-  World Education Services (WES)
-  International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS)
