Documents to Upload & Payments

After updating the application form(s), for the primary applicant and any dependents (as applicable), press save and continue to reach Documents to be Uploaded section.

Here a list of all the documents necessary to be uploaded would be given for the Primary as well as any dependents. All the copies need to be scanned in colour unless specified as B&W.

Document list

1. Passports 
•  Scanned latest passport copy (Only stamped pages) needs to be uploaded
2. Relationship proof
• This section will be visible only for those whose marital status is married. A marriage certificate scanned copy is needed.
3. Medical Test
• The upfront medical examination sheet provided by the hospital would need to be scanned and uploaded
4. Education
• IELTS result form, ECA evaluation form, Graduation/Postgraduation degree scanned copies. All the documents should be made into a single document for uploading
5. Reference Letters
• Employment reference letter needs to be scanned and uploaded. If there are multiple emplyment details mentioned in the application form, then each reference letter sections should be uploaded in its corresponding section . 
6. Proof of Funds
• Letter from the Bank(s), Account statement(s) for the past 6 months should be scanned, combined and uploaded
7. Police Certificates
• Police Certificates are needed for he countries resided more thank 6 months continuously in the past 10 years. Separate sections would be provided for submitting PCC from different countries.
8. Letter of Explanantion
• LOE is a document to give more clarity on the documents submitted, application filled and any other details which you think CIC must know which could be or couldn't be mentioned in the application.  

Payments

A permanent Residence fee of 550 CAD and Right Of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) 490 CAD per person needs to be paid after uploading the documents.
Once the final payment is complete, your e-APR(Electronic Application for Permanent Resident) will be submitted and an acknowledgement will be received.
